LES Israel Membership Opportunity

If you are not yet a member of LES Israel, you may join now and save on your registration fees to the conference: You can join through the registration form at the same time as you register and pay for the Conference, but you will also need to pay the annual LES Israel membership fees for 2023 in the amount of NIS 450 immediately, and no later than 5 days after you register for the conference.

Unlike the conference registration fees which are paid through this website, please pay the fees for the LES Israel membership in the form of a bank transfer as follows:

Bank HaPoalim (12), Branch Shaul Hamelech (532), Account No. 367103, in the Name of LES Israel.

Important: In the bank transfer, please indicate on behalf of whom the membership payment is made and send a copy thereof to [email protected], together with your contact details.

FEES FOR ISRAELI PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE:

Admission to all program sessions
Access to the commercial exhibition
Conference printed materials
Refreshments at breaks and lunches as indicated in the program
One ticket to the Welcome Reception on October 9, 2023
One ticket to the Gala Events on October 10, 2023

ISRAELI REGISTRATION PAYMENTS

Payment of registration fees must be made in ILS after completing the registration process. Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Outstanding payments will be collected onsite and charged the onsite rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] prior to the below deadlines. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:

Cancellations made before 20 August 2023 will entitle the registrant to a refund of the pre-paid fees less an administration charge of 200 ILS.
No refunds will be made after 20 August 2023 and the registrant is still liable for full payment.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Registration is personal and badges should not be shared. For group registration of 10 persons or more from the same organization, it is possible to contact the Conference Registration Team at: [email protected]

GUEST ATTENDANCE POLICY

All educational sessions are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
