Located in the heart of Jerusalem, Dan Jerusalem is accessible by car, bus or train from Tel Aviv or Ben Gurion International Airport. It is only a short distance away from the historical sites, attractions, and cultural and pastime activity offered by the world’s most special city.

The official language of the Conference is English.
Name badges
At Registration desk, you will receive your Conference kit and name badge. A name badge is required for admittance to all official Conference sessions and events according to the type of registration. Name badge must be collected by the registered person during the Registration desk opening hours. A proof of identity will be needed eg. passport or any photo ID). It cannot be collected or used by anyone other than the person registered and named on the badge. If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of $20 will be charged for each name change. Lost badges will be replaced for registered participants presenting an ID, at a replacement fee of $20.
Coffee & Lunch Breaks
All coffee breaks and lunch breaks are included in the Conference fee and will be served in the Exhibition area as per the times indicated in the Conference timetable.
Visa Information
All visitors to Israel must hold a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry. Individuals from countries which require an entry visa to Israel should contact the Israeli Embassy/Consulate in their home country to obtain a visa. Official Letter of Invitation
Official letters of invitation designed to facilitate travel arrangements will be sent on request. It must be understood that such letters do not represent a commitment for the part of the Organizing Committee or Conference to provide any financial assistance. All requests for invitations should be sent to the Conference Secretariat. An official invitation letter will be created and sent to you by e-mail within 72 hours. Please contact the Secretariat for further assistance.
Insurance and Liability
The Conference Organizer shall not be held liable for personal injury or any loss or damage to the belongings of Conference participants, either during or as a result of the Conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
Safety and security
Please do not leave your personal belongings, bags or suitcases unattended at any time.
Notice of filming and photography
Photographs and/or video will be taken at the event. By taking part in this event, all the participants grant the event organizers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.
Currency, Foreign Exchange and Banking
The official currency in Israel is the New Israeli Shekel. All major international credit cards are accepted in shops, hotels and restaurants. Foreign exchange services are also available at hotels as well as upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport and in numerous locations throughout the country.
Most banks are open weekdays from 9:00 – 13:00 ATMs (Automatic Teller Machines) are available 24/7 and located throughout the city. Almost all ATMs have a language key which enables you to follow the instructions in English.
Guest attendance policy
All event activities (including educational sessions, meal functions, exhibit hall, etc.) are exclusively reserved for registered attendees. Non-registered guests (including children, family members, colleagues, etc.) are not allowed in any of the event areas. Badges provided at registration are required for entrance into all functions and will be strictly enforced.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
Numerous shops advertising “Tax-Free Shopping” in their windows make it possible for visitors to receive a refund of value added tax paid on a minimum of 50 USD worth of goods purchased in a single shop within a single day on condition that the goods are taken outside the country within three months from the purchase date.
